六部门时隔三年再次修改网约车管理办法 看看有哪些变化

人民网北京12月7日电 （记者乔雪峰）近日，交通运输部、工业和信息化部、公安部、商务部、市场监管总局、国家网信办等六部门决定对《网络预约出租汽车经营服务管理暂行办法》（以下简称《办法》）进行修改，这是继2019年12月28日对《办法》进行第一次修改之后，时隔三年再次进行修改，修改后的《办法》自公布之日起施行。        记者了解到，《办法》将第三十四条修改为“违反本规定，擅自从事或者变相从事网约车经营活动，有下列行为之一的，由县级以上出租汽车行政主管部门责令改正，予以警告，并按照以下规定分别予以罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任：        （一）未取得《网络预约出租汽车经营许可证》的，对网约车平台公司处以10000元以上30000元以下罚款；        （二）未取得《网络预约出租汽车运输证》的，对当事人处以3000元以上10000元以下罚款；        （三）未取得《网络预约出租汽车驾驶员证》的，对当事人处以200元以上2000元以下罚款。
