校园反性骚扰不应囿于道德规范

日前教育部公布高校师德红七条，其中禁止性骚扰一项广泛受到关注。在这个背景下，10月10日发生的四川美院副教授王小箭于公共场合性骚扰两名女学生事件，更加引人深思。

从事后曝光治白癜风的药方的照片看，王小箭对两名女生有明显身体接触，若违背当事人意愿，属性骚扰无疑。王小箭目前已就此事作出道歉，承认存在失当行为。四川美院也已作出回应，对其违反教师行为规范作出取消教学科研资格、降低退休待遇等处理。但稍早前，王小箭并治白癫疯最好的办法不认为自己做错了什么，只承认这是一个泛师德问题。

近些年来，校园性骚扰事件时有发生，不同学校处理方式却有所不同，睁一只眼闭一只眼者有之，草草了事者有之，事情不闹大不处理者亦有之。其中原因之一，在于对性骚扰的定义不同，而这背后又是相关道德规范缺失、法规滞后所致。如近日出台的高校师德红七条，仅是一个简单的禁止性道德规范，具体裁量权仍在于高校。在相关法规方面，虽然《妇女权益保障法》规定禁止对妇女实施性骚扰，其弊端也很明显，因为它显然无法对性骚扰行为做到全覆盖。调查称楼市仍是价格主导消费购房者对物业关注高
