汶川发展庄园经济打造农村经济新亮点

去年4月，三江镇照壁村人文燕在当地开起了名为云海山庄的农家乐。农家乐以生态体验为主题，房屋川西民居风格，情侣木屋搭建在树梢上，山庄内饲养跑山鸡、生态猪，地上种植有机菜、中药材。云海山庄占地15亩，一次能接待50余名游客。游客北京中科医院几级来这里不仅能呼吸新鲜空气、品尝有机食品，还能下田园种地、采摘果蔬，认养生态猪，开展农家体验式休闲娱乐。文燕介绍道，生意不错。城里人接受这种消费，消费者要回归自然、享受自然而距云海山庄不足1公里，开了十来年的水果农家乐却是另一番景象。由于配套设施陈旧，每年就十多个老顾客来这里住上十来天，其余时间房间都闲置着。

今年为了扩大规模，以文燕为首成立了照壁村生态观光民宿北京中科医院几级旅游合作社，合作社与附近村民签订协议，老百姓将家里闲置的房屋、菜园、林地等资源入股，一起经营。以前种玉米，一年一亩地就收几百斤。算一帐，不划算，就放在那儿。如果我们把闲置的地拿来种蔬菜，供游客消费，利润不就翻番了？文燕念起生意经头头是道，我们请专业团队对农家乐进行打造、营销，提档升级后，游客感觉不到是十年前的农家乐了，不管是环境、菜品，服务质量、北京中科医院几级服务理念，都有全新的认识。。为了谋求生路，水果农家乐老板周树英加入了合作社。

说起生态庄园经济，文燕滔滔不绝，比如说当归炖鸡嘛，游客可以到地里动手挖当归，到圈里逮鸡，我们现场加工。吃完浑的想吃素的，就到地里扯菜。同时，山庄的生态养殖基地还开展了认养服务，游客可以通过摄像头、手机等多媒体技术监督养殖过程，吃上放心猪肉，极大提北京中科医院骗人升了农产品附加值。文燕介绍到，去年年底，毛猪每斤卖9元，我们养的猪能卖到15元，而且不愁销路。冬天到了杀猪的时候，认养人一家人老少来看怎样杀猪，如何制作腊肉，他们很开心、很放心。生态庄园经济的发展带动了农业产质大提升。

山庄发展起来对我们帮助也很大，农副产品以前要背到街上去卖，现在游客到我们田头来买。以前我们一家人就务农，现在在这里打工，也不耽误活路。唐瑞燕是三江照壁村本地人，除了农忙时节，她和父母都在山庄务工，每个月能挣五千多元。生态庄园的发展，不仅盘活了现有农村资源，实现土地效益最大化，还带动当地村民就近就业，实现打工务农两不误。省残联会第六次代表大会在南京隆重开幕
