从零开始

一切的一切都不同于之前所学，只能自己摸着石头过河。我第一次给宝宝洗澡时，因为怕太用力，想轻轻地帮助宝宝在水中玩耍，谁知力道不够导致宝宝脱手，一出溜掉进了浴盆里。宝宝喝了几口水，我才在慌乱中捞起宝宝，为此我自责了很长时间。

新手妈咪们都有过类似的经历。家住鞍山的邹圆还在遇到这样的窘境时哭了，那是宝宝出生的第三天，保姆说要洗个澡，让邹圆自己照看一会儿。期间，宝宝拉了粑粑，邹圆站在小床边，看着宝宝不知道如何下手，一着急把自己急哭了，硬生生地等着保姆洗完澡才给宝宝换了尿布。

宝鸡市妇幼保健院刘安奇表示，现在的新手妈咪大多是80后，是没有长大的孩子，更不懂得如何照料孩子。不是撒手交给老一辈，就是撒手交给保姆，孩子生了后就跟没她什么事儿一样。刘安奇说。

宝宝刚出生的这一个星期，曹菲说自己过的不是人的日子。我生宝宝花了一天多，因为进度慢，医生给打了催产素。都要累虚脱了，可是宝宝出生后我却没睡过一个整觉。一个晚上他又要吃又要睡，对于我这个以前睡惯懒觉的人来说就是一种折磨，有时候我都能在抱着孩子喂奶时打起呼噜。更为曹菲伤心的是，这些事情她不能依赖别人，只能自己做，他是谁啊？我为什么要为了他过这样的生活？这是曹菲最近经常问自己的问题。

曹菲所感受到的心理焦虑甚至抑郁，刚开始在邹圆身上并没有什么体现。因为，在孩子出生的前两天，她感觉不到宝宝跟自己有什么关系。邹圆以为只要看到宝贝，就会很爱他，自己也会立刻产生做母亲的幸福感。但这似乎只是个美好的愿望，我妈描述说我就那么木然地看着孩子，也不笑，没有任何表情。对于我来说，他就是个陌生人，后来我才与宝宝建立了情感联系，才知道他是自己的孩子。

以前我是个身材窈窕的小姑娘，现在我是个全身堆满脂肪的妇女，这让我一下子找不到自己了。更何况，心理上我也不接受生完宝宝后的自己，以前我是外向的，应酬多的，生活丰富的，现在只能窝在家里，来访的朋友少，跟外界接触少，我成了在家里生闷气的女人。邹圆觉得，累一点倒还好，但丢了自我真心令她伤心。

乔艳萍生产完的体重是135斤，为了下奶，坐月子期间体重没降反升，涨到了140斤。坐完月子，她不顾家人的反对走进了产妇恢复中心，依照该中心的配餐和要求，坚持锻炼，一个多月下来减到了110斤。不管怎么样，她觉得自己还没有老得看不下去，还能恢复到以前的自己。
