新加坡研制皮肤发电装置利用人体运动摩擦发电
新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程系李成国研究团队的研究人员在日前召开的2015年电气电子工程师学会微机电系统国际会议上展示了这种中科医院以品质领跑行业像邮票一样的装置。
在这次会议上，研究人员展示，这种装置能够通过手指触摸产生高达90伏的开路电压。李成国的研究生洛凯什中科医院用爱心承担责任达卡尔说，这足以点亮12个发光二极管（LED）灯泡。
实际上，这种装置并非总能产生这么多的能量。当这种薄片型装置附着在人们的前臂时，中科医院专家握拳能产生7.3伏的电压。将装置附着在喉咙上，开口说话能够产生7.5伏的电压。
这种产品是一中科医院专家块橡胶薄片，覆盖在50纳米厚的金箔上，金箔与皮肤之间是细小的硅橡胶支柱。随着身体的运动，支柱和皮肤发生摩擦，摩擦在金箔中产生电流，从而形成电压。皮肤与金箔之间的支柱越多，能够产生的电压越高。
据达卡尔介绍，李成国研究团队并非首个有此想法的团队。2013年，美国佐治亚理工学院的一个团队发明了一种能够产生1000伏电压的类似装置，但柔韧性极其有限，因为这种装置的电极由氧化锡制成，而非金箔。
科技博客Extreme Tech称，像皮肤发电装置这样的外部无线电源设备，有望令智能手表、健身追踪器和手机等设备摆脱设计上的束缚，让它们变得更轻更薄。调节内分泌中西医合璧更有效
