天府新区晋级楼市迎来多级跳看好长期发展

今天下午两点，华西都市报举办的新常态下的楼市新十年主题论坛召开，成都40多家开发商企业和品牌代理机构参与此次论坛，围绕天府新区楼市未来十年、新常态下的地产未来等话题展开深度讨论，探索楼市未来发展之路。

昨日，天府新区未来一年的重大项目已经出炉，标志着天府新区的运营逐渐从硬性设施建设到软性配套功能革新，而各项配套正是目前天府新区楼盘急需解决的问题。无论是对于住宅项目还是商业项目来讲，实际的人口红利和配套完善，将诚信白癜风医院新区逐渐变为熟地，在各项政策的推动下，天府新区房地产市场迎来的不是一步到位，而是长期分阶段的多级跳。

放眼天府新区整个版图，涵盖的范围十分广，区域之间的差异也很大，目前主要发展还是集中在天府新城板块，其余区域还处于待开发状态。吉信行方圆置业分析，对于天府新城板块来说，在规划利好下已开发两三年，比如大源板块已开发成熟，华府板块正处于开发状态，而大源板块由于许多楼盘才交房不久，加之生活商业配套还未完善，现在入住率还不是很高。
