我国首用飞机高铁运送阅兵部队今日上午预演

　　今天上午，纪念抗战胜利70周年阅兵预演活动将在天安门地区及长安街沿线举行。在3个月集训时间里，受阅官兵的衣食住行如何保障成为关注的焦点，京华时报记者从阅兵保障兵站了解到，今年阅兵与往年不同，取消了新建阅兵村，而是改为分散式保障，把闲置营房改造成阅兵部队营房。同时，此次阅兵部队运输首次使用高铁和飞机，首次租用地方企业运力，提高了兵力投送的效能。

　　一天接千余套衣服干洗任务

　　在阅兵保障兵站队伍里，有这样一支特殊队伍，脸上白癜风他们有老有少，有军有民，锤子、熨斗和针线是他们手中的武器，缝纫机、干洗机、鞋拐是他们的战位，钉鞋、干洗、熨烫、修补是他们的战斗。

　　鞋靴修补组官兵经常一坐就是一整天，叮叮当当的敲打声一持续就是一整天，每修好一双鞋，他们都会摸一下鞋底，防止钉子过长扎脚。为了更好服务受阅官兵，被装保障中心在保障模式上由被动变为主动，按照方队需求量体裁衣，征求方队需求科学下单。被装保障中心主任李洪生说，为了更好服务官兵，中心人员分散在3个保障地域5个保障点位，工作时间从早上8点到晚上9点。

　　54岁的赵军剑是鞋靴修补组的一名老职工，他已先后参加过三次阅兵保障，刚参加保障任务时，有很多战士没有接触过修鞋工作，他们不是被锤子砸伤，就是不小心把胶水弄到眼睛里。赵军剑便手把手地将经验传授给他们，而像他这样的老职工，在被装保障中心还有十几名。

　　在集训期间，仅一天时间他们接到过平型关大捷英模方队、华南游击队英模方队和东北抗联英模方队一起送来的近1500双鞋靴，需要紧急修理；也曾接到方队千哪个医院治白癜风最好余套衣服需要干洗。

　　膳食评估系统保障官兵健康

　　此次为受阅部队提供服务的阅兵保障兵站包括财务结算中心、被装保障中心、生活服务中心、营房监管中心、油料保障队、医疗保障队和公路运输队。

　　据兵站相关负责人介绍，由于官兵体能消耗大，在保障饮食上专门组成10人研发小组，历时28天研发出《阅兵部队膳食评估系统》，针对受阅官兵每天饮食情况、食物消耗、个体情况，能利用计算机准确计算出食物能量及营养素供给量，实现对受阅官兵进行营养评估、基本营养分析和营养成分来源分析，并生成合理化饮食建议，让官兵吃出营养、吃出健康、吃出战斗力。

　　截至目前，保障兵站已为受阅部队供应粮油57万多公斤，副食品490多万公斤，燃气约14万公斤。发放被装物资38万余件套，修补鞋靴1.4万双，缝补衣物、被褥1.1万件套，干洗熨烫被服1.3万件（套），门急诊7500多人次，供应油料600多吨，动用车辆4700多台次，安全行驶约10万公里，运送官兵约10万人次。

　　营房配套齐全服务官兵生活

　　这次阅兵训练，给我们最直接的感受就是住宿条件好了，能睡个好觉了。这是一名参加过1999年和2009年两次阅兵方队队员的话。

　　从1999年到2015年，16年时间，阅兵保障发生了翻天覆地的变化。1999年阅兵，大家住帐篷，十来个人一间宿舍，只有一台小风扇，炎炎夏日，帐篷里的温度最高可达40多度，一进宿舍就跟进了蒸笼一样，何况要在这样的高温下休息。2009年，大家住板房，虽然也装了空调，但由于板房的隔热性不好，还是会让人感到闷热。

　　据兵站相关负责人介绍，今年阅兵保障对象有部队官兵、将军领队，也有抗战老兵和支前模范，还有外军人员，参阅部队主要依托阳坊南口地区10余个单位营区居住，驻地较分散。受阅官兵住进了部队营区，室内设施配套到位、功能完善，营区环境绿草如茵。据阅兵保障兵站负责人介绍，这些营房大都是从各单位闲置出来的空房改造的。今年阅兵与往年不同，取消

　　此次阅兵部队运输，首次使用了高铁飞机、首次租用地方企业运力，提高了兵力投送的效能。联勤保障组副组长吕悦英说，针对以往受阅官兵输送任务重、人车管理难度大、装备输送程序繁琐等问题，他们探索了市场运作、配租结合的军交运输保障新方法。
