十大城市住宅均价环比全线下跌

12月1日，中国指数研究院提供给《证券日报》记者的“百城价格指数”报告显示，2011年11月，包括北京、上海等十大城市的住宅均价环比全线下跌。同时，全国100个城市住宅平均价格为8832元/平方米，与10月相比下降0.28%，连续第3个月环比下降，且降幅有所扩大。

10大城市价格环比全线下跌

根据百城价格指数对北京等十大城市的全样本调查数据，11月十大城市住北京白癜风去哪家医院宅均价为15663元/平方米，环比10月下降0.36%。具体来看，本月十大城市住宅价格全部环比下降，其中南京和成都降幅最大，分别环比下降1.2%和0.9%，上海、武汉、深圳等8个城市降幅皆在0.5%以内。

房企寒冬尚未过去
