叙利亚冲突双方三年来首次“面对面” 政府和反对派代表在卜拉希米主持下在日内瓦开始“同屋”会谈

本报讯 综合新华社消息，联合国驻日内瓦办事处25日说，叙利亚政府和反对派代表当天上午在日内瓦万国宫开始面对面会谈。

按卜拉希米说法，叙利亚冲突双方代表25日将聚首同一个房间。针对叙利亚政府代表团可能退出会谈的传言，卜拉希米说：“没有人明天会离开，我们会决定之后的议程，周六（25日）和周日（26日）会谈继续。”

叙政府和反对派争执焦点在于叙总统巴沙尔·阿萨德是否北京白癜风断根治疗的医院下台。卜拉希米说，双方同意暂时搁置这一分歧，本次会谈将基于第一次叙利亚问题国际会议所达成的日内瓦公报，不过双方对这一公报内容有不同解读。

反对派代表、“叙利亚反对派和革命力量全国联盟”成员卢瓦伊·萨菲说，虽然面对面与会，但并不意味着会谈可能有所结果。

“我们会在同一个房间，但交流的对象会是卜拉希米，将由他来主导。我们不会和（叙利亚巴沙尔·阿萨德）政权直接谈判,”萨菲说。

另一名反对派代表阿纳斯·阿卜德说，与政府代北京白癜风断根治疗的医院表同时出席的会议将于25日10时开始，只有卜拉希米一人发表讲话。

叙利亚新闻部长奥姆兰·祖阿比则告诉媒体记者，叙利亚政府致力于化解叙利亚危机。“我们将在这里，直至完成任务，”祖阿比说，“我们不会为挑衅所激怒，也不会后退。我们明智且灵活。”

参与第二次叙利亚问题国际会议的外交人士24日告诉媒体记者，叙利亚政府和反对派均同意，就向霍姆斯市提供人道主义通道展开磋商。

叙政府军和反对派武装人员继续在霍姆斯交火，反对派现被政府军围困于城市中部城区。路透社援引外交消息人士的话报道：“双方同意，在接下来48小时内就向霍姆斯提供人道主义通道展开磋商。”
