3条高铁票价超过基准价

铁路部门曾多次指出国内高铁的基准票价是每公里0.48元。南都数据发现，按照这一标准，将有84%的在营高铁最低票价低于基准票价，只有石武客运专线(石家庄-武汉)、郑西客运专线(郑州-西安)和广深高铁超过这一标准。特别是广深高铁鹤立鸡群的每公里0.71元，什么时候有机会被枪打出头鸟呢？

世界银行[微博]今年7月发表的一份关于中国高铁建设成本的报告指出，中国高铁的加权平均单位成本是：时速350公里的项目为1.29亿元/公里；时速250公里的项目为0.87亿元/公里。而国际上高铁的造价多为每公里3亿元以上。南北京哪家医院的白癜风专科好都数据统计发现，我国在营高铁单价最贵的才1.68亿元/公里，而最便宜的只有0.26亿元/公里。

和普快列车相比，如果高铁的票价是普快的2倍(3倍)，那么高铁能否让行程时间缩减至普快的1/2(1/3)？南都数据对各线路上的高铁和普快进行了比较，发现不少高铁线路多付一定比例的票价，并不能换来相同比例的时间缩减。特别是津秦、石太等客运专线性价比偏低。
