事情经过：
周鑫强行要让我喝酒，和有预谋的让我喝，他自己借口要开车就只能喝水。本来在公司就已经喝过一打了，吃烧烤的时候他又强行让我喝了几瓶，说喝多了会送我回公司，后来我喝得很醉了，他也说过一定会送我回公司。
上车后我就意识模糊，不知道了，他却故意把我带去酒店，他到时把我扶拖下车，我以为我是到公司了，这期间我是意识不清的，连上电梯我也是不知道的，也是后来公安局给我看照片我才知道是被他给拖扶进电梯的，周鑫把我扶进一个房里，当时我也只以为是到公司的房间里了，后面就隐约听见有水声，当时我已经意识模糊不清了，再后面我就不知道了。
直到第二天醒来，才发现在酒店，还看见床单和被套上有血，下体疼痛，我当时害怕极了，就报警了，之后公司老板及嫌疑人家属都威胁我说什么如果把周鑫抓了，会找外面的人打断我及朋友的腿，逼我撤案。
后经公安局调查为，证据确凿，事实清楚，给与逮捕的回复书，
公安局刑侦大队的领导也亲自给我说明了，确实是证据确凿，可现在南海检察院这边却是一直拖着，还明里暗里的暗示我说：有可能不会起诉嫌疑人的这些话。检察院所要的口供也都去做了，他一直这样拖延时间，也是多次暗示说可能不会起诉嫌疑人。
综上所述，还请上级领导明察，还我公道。
